Spring Please

Josh and I ventured over to the Belmont neighborhood a week or so ago to have dinner at PM, an Asian fusion restaurant that was awarded best burger a couple years back. I have been with a friend and had sushi, but I had to try the burger. I mean, a sushi place that has the best burger in town? That just sounds crazy. Well, the burger and fries were sooo good and I have been dreaming of burgers since. It had wasabi-mayo which added a little kick and pulled off the fusion part I guess.
One thing I can say about Nashville is that it has the cutest neighborhoods. Each neighborhood that is tucked into the city has its own little hot spot with restaurants and shops nestled into old houses. It makes for some unique settings that you just don't get at the box restaurant in the parking lot of a shopping mall. Although, if I am feeling homesick I can always go to Chili's or Red Robin or another chain, because they are all exactly the same inside. It makes me feel like I could be just down the street from home (Arizona).
We had a little teaser last weekend with 60 degree weather. Who knew 60 degrees was so nice and warm?! Today we have highs in the 30s and flurries on and off. The snow flakes are so big you can actually see the shapes, it is pretty cool but all attempts at photographing them turn out horrible. I am just so ready for there to be leaves on the trees again. I am so excited for spring and can't believe we have lived here for 6 months already! Only 14 months until I graduate. But who's counting? photo from here
